How it works
- Set two cadences - one for eye breaks, one for body breaks - then pick a preset, dial in custom intervals, and say which hours they run in.
- Recess runs both timers quietly - time away from the desk counts as a break, and breaks wait during Focus, calls and the apps you name.
- A countdown warns you a few seconds ahead, then a calm overlay covers every display until the break is over.

Yes. The checkout is pay what you want and zero is a valid amount. You get exactly the same lifetime license as someone who pays the suggested price.
Every Swiftfox app unlocks with a key, and this one's key simply costs nothing. Get it from the store at $0 and it arrives by email. Skip that and the download still runs in full for 30 days on its own.
No. The license is yours for good, on up to 3 Macs, with no renewal and no in-app purchase. The studio sells an optional subscription covering every app, but nothing here is behind it.
