NoMore | Distraction Blocker
A native macOS blocker for distracting sites and apps - everything stays on your Mac.
NoMore is a native macOS blocker that watches the frontmost app and your current browser tab and steps in front of anything on your block list, with every check done locally on your Mac.
Drift, and NoMore steps in.
NoMore is a quiet gatekeeper for your attention. Put the sites and apps that steal your time on a block list, and the moment you open one, NoMore steps in front of it.
Features
- Block distracting sites and apps, or add a ready-made set
- Works in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Arc, Brave, Edge and more
- A daily allowance: a few minutes a day without the panel
- Everything is evaluated locally - URLs never leave your Mac
- Lives in the menu bar, where you pause or edit a streak
- Block one part of a site, like youtube.com/shorts
- Active hours on the days you pick, like weekdays only
- A Sunday recap of what you kept and what you resisted
How it works
- Add the sites and apps that distract you to a single block list - a whole domain, one path like youtube.com/shorts, an app, or a ready-made set.
- NoMore quietly watches your current browser tab and the frontmost app, checking each against your list.
- The moment something on the list comes up, it's blocked - all day or only in the hours and days you set, once any daily allowance is used up.
Buying and licensing
Yes. Download the app and it runs in full for 30 days - no key, no card, no email. Nothing is held back during the trial.
No. You pay once and the license is yours for good, on up to 3 Macs. There is no renewal and no in-app purchase. The studio also sells an optional subscription that includes this app, if you would rather have every app instead.
Buy from the store and the key arrives by email right after checkout. Paste it into the app once and it stays activated.
The app locks until you enter a key. Nothing is deleted - your data stays on your Mac and comes straight back the moment you activate.
Yes, and thank you. Every app page has a Buy me a coffee button - one-off, any amount. It is not a purchase: no license is issued and nothing is unlocked, so every app works exactly the same whether you tip or not.
