Poise is a native macOS posture coach that reads head tilt from AirPods - a fog rises from the bottom of the screen while the head hangs, and an estimate of neck load times short guided neck breaks.

Poise reads the tilt of the AirPods you already wear while you work. Let your head hang over the keyboard and the ring in the menu bar fills from green to red, and a soft fog rises from the bottom of the screen until you sit up. When your neck has had enough, a notification offers a three-minute break, and an otter in AirPods shows you each move. Nothing to wear but your AirPods, no account, and no head angle ever leaves your Mac.

How it works
- Put in your AirPods and keep working. In the first two minutes Poise learns how you sit upright - no calibration needed.
- When your head stays down, the menu bar ring turns red and a fog rises from the bottom of the screen; lift your head and it clears.
- As your neck tires, a notification offers a short break. The otter shows each move and your AirPods count the reps.

Yes. Download the app and it runs in full for 30 days - no key, no card, no email. Nothing is held back during the trial.
No. You pay once and the license is yours for good, on up to 3 Macs. There is no renewal and no in-app purchase. The studio also sells an optional subscription that includes this app, if you would rather have every app instead.
Buy from the store and the key arrives by email right after checkout. Paste it into the app once and it stays activated.
