## Your day, laid out as a line.

Tideline lives in your menu bar and turns a to-do list into a timeline. Type "reply to Ayşe 15, budget sheet 45" and each task lands in the next free gap between the meetings in your calendar, with a little buffer, because most of us guess short. The menu bar shows the task you are on and the minutes left, a card taps you on the shoulder five minutes before a meeting, and whatever does not get done moves to tomorrow by itself. Nothing is ever overdue. Made with ADHD and time blindness in mind, it keeps the whole day in view without asking you to plan it by hand.

### How it works

1. Set your working hours once, and Tideline plans only inside them, around the meetings in your calendar.
2. Type tasks the way you say them, even a whole list on one line, and see where each lands before Return.
3. Work down the line: drag to reorder, swipe for done or tomorrow, and press Control-Option-T from any app.

## Features

- Tasks queue up in the free gaps between your meetings
- Type several tasks on one line: mail 15, report 45
- Plain words in 5 languages: tomorrow at 3, 45 min
- The menu bar shows your task and the minutes left
- Unfinished work moves to tomorrow - never overdue
- Control-Option-T adds a task from any app
- A heads-up card before meetings and the day's end
- Repeating tasks, and a missed one never piles up

## When to use it

### A day broken up by meetings

Tideline reads your calendar and lays your tasks into the free gaps between meetings. A task too long for a gap can split around a meeting, so nothing has to be dragged by hand.

### Time blindness and ADHD

The menu bar always shows the task you are on and the minutes left, and a card appears five minutes before a meeting, so the day does not slip by unseen.

### Getting a list out of your head

Type a whole list on one line, like mail 15, report 45, call the bank 10. A preview shows where each task will land before you press Return.

### A thought in the middle of a task

Control-Option-T opens a small field over any app. Type, press Return, and the task is in today's plan without leaving what you were doing.

### A day that did not go to plan

Whatever is not done by the end of the day moves to tomorrow by itself and waits at the top of the next morning. Nothing turns red and nothing is ever overdue.

## Frequently asked questions

### Which calendars does it read?

Any calendar the Mac's Calendar app shows: iCloud, Google, Exchange or a local one. You choose which ones tasks flow around in Settings. Without calendar access Tideline still works, it just does not know about meetings.

### Does it change my calendar?

Only if you turn it on. Tideline can add your tasks to a calendar of its own called Tideline, so shared calendars stay clean. It never edits or deletes your events.

### What can I type in the add field?

A title with a length and, if you like, a day and a time: report 45, tomorrow at 3 dentist, standup at 9:30 for 15 min. It reads English, Turkish, German, Spanish and French, all at once.

### What happens to tasks I do not finish?

At the end of the day they move to tomorrow and greet you in the morning as left over from yesterday. A repeating task that was missed is skipped, so it never piles up.

### Where is my plan stored?

On your Mac, in the app's own folder. There is no account and no sync service, and Tideline sends your tasks and events nowhere. If you turn on calendar writing, the Tideline calendar syncs the way your other calendars do.

### How much does Tideline cost?

$11.99 as a one-time purchase with a 30-day free trial. No card and no email are needed to start it. Future updates are included.
