## Drop it in, send it on.

Sculpt turns the files you have into the files you need to send. Drop in photos, PDFs, videos or sound and pick what they should become - a JPEG under the email limit, a PDF small enough to attach, a clip that fits a chat. It all happens on your Mac, nothing is uploaded, and every batch can be put back with one Undo.

### How it works

1. Drop files or a whole folder on the window or the Dock icon, or right-click them in Finder and pick a format.
2. Each kind of file gets an output - a ready preset like Email attachment, or a plain format you tune right there.
3. Convert. The new files land beside the originals, in a Sculpt folder or in one ZIP, and the queue says what each one saved.

## Features

- Images, PDFs, video and audio in one window
- Right-click in Finder or drop files on the Dock icon
- Email sizes that fit the real limit, not the advertised one
- Shrink or merge PDFs, or turn pages into images
- Pack the results into one ZIP, ready to attach
- Removes a photo's or video's location before you send
- Make two or more outputs from one drop of files
- Undo any batch in one click, originals included

## When to use it

### Photos for an email

Drop a set of photos on Email attachment and they come out as JPEGs that fit Gmail's real limit together, with the location taken out. Turn on Deliver as one ZIP and they arrive as a single archive to attach.

### A PDF that is too big to send

Shrink PDF recompresses the pictures inside and keeps the text selectable, the links and the bookmarks. Four strengths, from screen to archive. Combine into one PDF joins pictures and PDFs in the order they were added, and a PDF can also come apart into one JPEG, PNG or HEIC per page.

### A clip for a chat or a form

Video for sending brings each clip under the size most chats and mail take. A form that only wants MP4 gets the same video in a new container, without re-encoding.

### HEIC photos from an iPhone

Right-click them in Finder and choose JPEG. The new files appear beside the originals, upright and without the photo's location.

### Sound out of a video

Extract the audio from a recording as M4A, or turn a WAV, FLAC or AIFF into a file small enough to share.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does Sculpt upload my files?

No. Every conversion happens on your Mac and your files never leave it. There is no account and no cloud.

### Which formats does it read and write?

It reads JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, camera RAW, PDF, MOV, MP4, M4V, M4A, MP3, WAV, AIFF and FLAC. It writes JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, TIFF, GIF, BMP, PDF, MP4, MOV, M4A, WAV, AIFF and FLAC.

### What happens to my originals?

They are kept. New files go beside them or into a Sculpt folder, and an output can be set to move its original to the Trash instead. Either way, Undo puts everything back.

### Can I convert without opening the app?

Yes. Right-click files in Finder and pick a format or preset, or drop them on the Dock icon. A card in the corner says what was made.

### Can it convert MKV, WebM or AVI?

No. Sculpt takes MOV, MP4, M4V, 3GP, MPEG and AVCHD video. MKV, WebM and AVI are not on that list, so Sculpt is not offered for them.

### How much does Sculpt cost?

$13.99, once. It comes with a 30-day free trial, and the price includes future updates.
