## A glass at a time, toward your goal.

Aqumi is a hydration tracker that lives quietly in your menu bar. Tap the droplet to log a glass, let your daily goal flow from your profile (or set your own), and let Aqumi nudge you on the cadence you choose. No account, no cloud sync, no nagging.

### How it works

1. Set your profile once - weight, age, sex, activity - and Aqumi turns it into a daily ml goal, or type your own.
2. Log a glass in one tap from the menu bar, with customizable presets and hotkeys to open or quick-log a drink.
3. Pick a reminder mode and cadence, set quiet hours, and log, snooze or mute the day right from the reminder.

Native, sandboxed, signed and notarized.

## Features

- Daily goal from your profile - or set your own
- One-tap logging with custom presets, metric or imperial
- Global hotkeys: ⌘⇧W popover, ⌘⇧L quick-log
- Reminders on your cadence - notification or silent
- Log, snooze or mute right from the reminder
- Quiet hours to keep reminders out of your way
- A droplet in the menu bar fills toward your goal
- Streaks, weekly chart, 30-day trend - all on your Mac

## When to use it

### You finish the day having drunk nothing

Concentration removes the thirst signal - you do not notice being thirsty while you are solving something. A reminder on a fixed cadence puts the signal back.

### Logging has to be faster than ignoring it

One tap on the menu bar droplet, or a global hotkey, with presets sized to the glasses and bottles you actually use.

### You do not want a reminder mid-presentation

Quiet hours plus Do Not Disturb awareness mean the nudge waits rather than appearing on a shared screen.

### You want to see whether it is actually working

Streaks, a weekly chart and a 30-day trend show the pattern, all stored on your Mac rather than in a wellness account.

## Frequently asked questions

### How does Aqumi decide my daily goal?

From a profile you fill in once - weight, age, sex and activity level - which it turns into a daily volume. You can overrule it with your own number at any point; the accurate figure matters less than noticing you have not drunk anything.

### Does it support metric and imperial?

Both, with customizable presets so a log entry matches the glass or bottle you actually use.

### How intrusive are the reminders?

As much or as little as you set. Pick a cadence, choose notification or silent mode, set quiet hours, and log, snooze or mute the rest of the day directly from the reminder.

### Can I log without using the mouse?

Yes - Command-Shift-W opens the popover and Command-Shift-L logs a drink straight away. Both are rebindable.

### Does it write to Apple Health?

No. Aqumi keeps its log on your Mac and does not write to HealthKit or send anything to a server.

### How much does Aqumi cost?

$5 as a one-time purchase with a 14-day free trial that needs no card and no email.
